About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our commercial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our commercial construction projects, from planning and implementation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects from the ground up.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, resolving any issues and conflicts.
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing 'Commercial Ground Up' and large commercial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects in the hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living sectors.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models, and financial management.
  • An ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
