Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly qualified Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction sector, particularly in managing large commercial projects from inception to completion. This role encompasses various sectors, including hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of our commercial construction initiatives.

  • Directing the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from the ground up.
  • Collaborating with senior management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Creating comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
  • Ensuring clear and timely communication of project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintaining ongoing liaison with project stakeholders to address issues and conflicts.
  • Managing project budgets and resource allocation to ensure timely and on-budget project completion.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations and generating reports to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines throughout project execution.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial construction projects, particularly those that are ground-up.
  • Experience in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices, and financial oversight.
  • A proven ability to operate under pressure and coordinate multiple activities and teams for optimal efficiency.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
