Job Summary:

Gpac is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our commercial construction projects in the Naples, FL area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Supervise and direct construction teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other construction management software.
