Product Management Role

The ideal candidate for this position at LeverX is a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in product development and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development: Lead and manage the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Mentor and support team members, building a collaborative and productive environment. Oversee the design and development process, ensuring the product meets customer expectations and business goals.

2. Product Roadmap: Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing improvements. Conduct competitors analysis and customer needs analysis. In cooperation with the Product Sponsor and Product Owner, develop and maintain a product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. In cooperation with Business Analysts, elicit and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.

3. Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Communicate release plans and updates to stakeholders and customers. Work on the release notes and timely notifications for the users.

4. Product Support: Organize and establish product support processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues. Work closely with the support team to identify and address recurring issues, driving continuous improvement.

5. Documentation Management: Oversee the creation and ongoing updates of user manuals and other product documentation. Ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to all users.

6. Collaboration: Facilitate transparent and effective communication with implementation teams (teams inside LeverX that work using the Product to deliver value for the customers), ensuring smooth product rollouts. Act as a liaison between development, support, sales, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and address any cross-functional challenges.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or Development Team Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
* Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with release management and product support processes.
* Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
* Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
* Experience in preparing and maintaining user documentation.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the smooth operation of the development process, oversee release management, organize product support, maintain user manuals, and facilitate transparent cooperation with implementation teams.
