Job Title: Sales Director for LHH
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the building aluminum products industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in larger companies ($100 million+).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, focusing on direct sales to contractors and wholesale distribution.
- Leverage experience in product management and marketing to enhance our offerings and support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with private equity partners to align on strategic objectives and growth opportunities.
- Lead by example as a hands-on leader, fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience.
- Detailed knowledge of building products, market trends, and customer needs.
- Product management and/or marketing experience, ideally with a focus on sales enablement.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
