Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team at The University of Oklahoma. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants, managing property operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide property management services on the University Research Campus, Max Westheimer Airport, and other university-owned properties.
  • Serve as a customer service liaison for tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with various departments to resolve issues and provide solutions to tenants.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets for assigned accounts and compile data for reports.
  • Process facility use requests and perform general errands such as retrieving and distributing parking permits, mail, and keys.
  • Act as backup Building Resource Coordinator and document issues reported by tenants, creating work orders as needed.
  • Work closely with the OU Lock Shop and Property Manager to manage and audit key distribution for tenants, track down missing keys, and perform audits of current tenant keyholders.
