  • Handle Service Requests: Handle service requests from tenants and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks, maintaining a professional and courteous manner when interacting with tenants.
  • Perform Safety Repairs: Perform general safety repairs onsite to protect property and residents, and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
  • Refurbish Residences: Work to refurbish residences prior to occupancy, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.
  • Be On Call for Emergencies: Be available on call for emergencies, and respond promptly to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Thorough Knowledge of General Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Repair: Possess a thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair, and be able to perform repairs and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to Use Hand Tools and Power Tools: Be able to provide and use hand tools and power tools, and be familiar with their safe operation and maintenance.
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively: Be able to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and team members, and be able to provide clear and concise instructions and feedback.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements
