  • Perform General Repairs and Maintenance: Conduct general plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility's equipment and systems.

  • Conduct Preventive Maintenance: Conduct quarterly preventive maintenance to ensure that plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems continue operating properly, and make any necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Handle Service Requests: Handle service requests from tenants and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks, maintaining a professional and courteous manner when interacting with tenants.
  • Perform Safety Repairs: Perform general safety repairs onsite to protect property and residents, and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations.
  • Refurbish Residences: Work to refurbish residences prior to occupancy, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.
  • Be On Call for Emergencies: Be available on call for emergencies, and respond promptly to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Thorough Knowledge of General Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Repair: Possess a thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair, and be able to perform repairs and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to Use Hand Tools and Power Tools: Be able to provide and use hand tools and power tools, and be familiar with their safe operation and maintenance.
