Leasing Consultant

National Property Management Associates Inc is seeking a skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Silver Elm Senior Living Apartments. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing activities, including identifying opportunities, securing tenants, and promoting unoccupied units.
Key Responsibilities- Leasing Activities
- Present apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Assist in discovering suitable tenants
- Promote unoccupied units through various media and advertising techniques
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
- Validate application information and references
- Present leasing terms and close agreements
- Resident Care
- Assistance with food deliveries to resident rooms
- Monitor the phone and call system from residents requiring immediate assistance
- Assistance in resident functions as requested
- Control of interior building lighting for daylight and evenings
- Collection and removal of trash as directed
- Requirements
- Proven working experience as a leasing consultant or sales professional
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
Salary: $17 per hour
Wages are determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity.
