Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Nutrition, Certified Dietary Manager, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition and food service, or an Associate of Arts in Food Services Technology/Management, Dietetics with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Possession of a Food Managers Certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing patient food and nutrition services in a large healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration Food Code (FDA).
  • Familiarity with electronic food service management software is preferred.
