We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, educating them on insurance options, and identifying their needs to provide personalized solutions.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with customers, following up with them as needed, and using a customer-focused review process to educate them about insurance options. You will also develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
