**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Liaison to join our Starlink Customer Support team in Redmond, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers using hardware, software, and network expertise. Your ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with internal teams will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels
  • Provide technical support to customers using hardware, software, and network expertise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and improve troubleshooting workflows
