Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support for desktop-related technologies, including printers, networks, and wireless devices.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and repair computing hardware and software in accordance with business requirements and standards.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our enterprise applications and their underlying desktop technology.
- Support asset tracking and asset management activities.
- Enforce compliance with company security standards, including logon management, network access management, and virus management.
- Provide technical support for business meetings, including the maintenance of conference room AV systems.
- Proactively identify issues with our computer environment and formulate corrective actions to eliminate problems.
- Develop and deliver timely and accurate reporting on activity status.
- 5+ years of hands-on desktop support experience in a Windows and Mac environment.
- Associates degree in MIS or related work experience.
- CompTIA A+, MCP, MSDST, or similar certifications.
- Knowledge of all flavors of Mac OSes and Windows OSes, including SCCM.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, phone, and verbal/written communications skills.
- Ability to perform in a complex organizational environment involving local and remote personnel.
