At Advantage, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Key User Sales Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, USA.

Mission:

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing support activities for the implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA project in our Commercial Offices, ensuring the validation and adoption of the Core Model to Key Users and End Users of sales in the commercial office.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Support the BPO SD in the activities required in the project phase.

2. Master the company's Sales & Distribution and Transport Management processes.

3. Help adapt and adopt Core Model processes to the reality of the commercial office.

4. Raise risks and impacts in planning of their assigned processes/resources.

5. Guide and support SD Key Users for SAP S/4 HANA adoption.

6. Participate in or execute training to Key Users and End Users, ensuring that all the tools are delivered to perform the best user training.

7. Raise project GAPs, anticipate issues in the operation of the commercial office, which could mean delays.

8. Ensure that Key Users tests on IPT and UAT are executed in a timely manner.

9. Validate AX/SAP migration data in Mock's stages for IPT and UAT (Quality assurance and support in comprehensive testing and operation support).

10. Pre-validate AX/SAP migration data in the migration stage to the SAP S/4 HANA Production system.

11. Manages and validates Key Users surveys to SAP consulting, resolves queries during the project, post-project and commercial offices in operation.

12. Provides support and escalation of detours/issues to BPO.

Academic Background:

Engineering, sales specialization desirable.

Years of experience: 2 years in similar positions (sales activities, invoices).

Industry: Indifferent / Preferred Mining

Technical Mandatory Knowledge:

Proficiency and experience in Wholesale/Retail Sales Business Processes.

Knowledge and experience as a user, Key User or SD SAP S/4 HANA consultant.

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Technical Desirable Knowledge:

Knowledge or proficiency in SAP Transport Management module.

Recognized ERP Knowledge or AX2012.

Experience in migrations with the LTMC Cockpit.
