Job Summary
PORTHAVEN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Department Manager to lead our therapy services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide therapy personnel, including licensed therapists, assistants, and students.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of our patients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Conduct regular department reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a rehabilitation setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
