Rehabilitation Department Director

A dynamic and experienced Rehab Director is sought to lead our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. As a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes, and providing administrative rehabilitation supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
- Provide occupational therapy services as needed
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

QualificationsA successful Rehab Director will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Occupational Therapist or license eligible in the state where employed and have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
