Clinical Practice Manager Position in Primary Care Opportunity at the Department of Veteran Affairs

The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking a Clinical Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Primary Care setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and administrative skills, with a commitment to promoting continuing education for staff and inter-professional training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide management and leadership of interdisciplinary patient care services within the Primary Care setting.
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned practice group, working closely with the Nurse Operations Manager.
- Supervise physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants within the practice group.
- Promote continuing education for staff and inter-professional training.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Demonstrated leadership and administrative capabilities.
- Strong motivation to promote continuing education for staff and inter-professional training.
