About the Position

This role supports the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention, focusing on Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in managing a book of business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time
  • Growing client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication
  • Supporting in handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting, and procedures
  • Reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
  • Completing loss/claim analysis and summaries
  • Coordinating expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information
Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates should have:

  • At least two years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management or support
  • A valid Property & Casualty License (or agreement to obtain within 3-6 months)
  • A valid driver's license and insurance
  • Prior experience with agency management software (Applied/EPIC or similar) is preferred
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • The ability to work independently and effectively interact with team members
  • Self-motivation and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A professional demeanor and positive attitude
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
