Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Manager to join our team at American Loyalty.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess strong logistical experience, and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

This role will involve managing daily office operations, maintaining organizational efficiency, and coordinating logistics for projects and team activities.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and presenting reports and presentations using PowerPoint, utilizing Excel for data analysis and tracking, and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and maintain organizational efficiency.

• Coordinate logistics for projects and team activities.

• Prepare and present reports and presentations using PowerPoint.

• Utilize Excel for data analysis and tracking.

• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both Spanish and English.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

• Proven experience in logistics and office management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
