We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented HR Generalist with a focus on Recruiting, New Hire Onboarding, and Payroll Administration.
Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility is to assist with the recruiting of seasonal employees for our Winter Equestrian Festival.
- Accurate and timely processing of all onboarding functions are to be in compliance with company policies & procedures, state, federal, and local laws/regulations.
- Assist with writing HR policies and procedures; job descriptions, etc.
- Assist with payroll related data entry in accounting system.
- Other duties include, but are not limited to: data entry, employee record-keeping, benefit open enrollment, new hire orientation, verification of employment, and other duties as assigned.
- Assist with the overall efficiency of the department.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in working in a Human Resources Dept.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws/regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel a must.
- Proficiency with payroll processing software, PAYCOM preferred.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
This position is on-site. Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays are required to help with Job Fairs.
Location: Wellington, Florida.
