Truck Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales/F&I Coordinator to join our team in Chesapeake, VA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating sales and finance activities, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Profitmaster program, including pictures, attachments, and online listings.
  • Complete flooring audits and report to the District Manager on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Issue purchase orders and invoices for truck up-fit and reconditioning.
  • Track and close purchase orders for truck reconditioning after invoice receipt from vendors.
  • Maintain truck files, accurately accumulating all costs.
  • Assist sales personnel in closing processes for each truck sale.
  • Close all truck deals to ensure accurate sales numbers at month-end.
  • Follow established processes and procedures to meet administrative needs for the Truck Sales Department.
  • Process credit applications and submit finance deals to the Corporate F&I Manager.
  • Communicate with sales staff to acquire accurate information for credit applications.
  • Submit completed deals with accurate truck information and credit applications to the Corporate F&I Manager.
  • Follow up with additional information required by the Corporate F&I Manager.
  • Contact customers regarding credit decisions.
  • Negotiate terms and sell finance approvals to customers.
  • Inform customers of GAP insurance benefits and quote physical damage, liability, and cargo insurance on all truck deals.
  • Complete truck deal information and finance documents for Chesapeake.
  • Submit warranty paperwork to appropriate departments and register warranties online.
  • Handle DMV requirements, including temporary tags, titles, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a P & C Insurance license, selling GAP, liability, physical damage, and cargo insurance.
  • Promote customer relationships through tandem customer calls and sales calls.
  • Promote direct loan financing to current and potential customers.
  • Prepare month-end financial services reports for Chesapeake.
