Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Dahl Consulting. As an HR Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the Employee Services Unit (ESU) in delivering exceptional HR services to our global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leave Management: Ensure accurate and compliant leave processing, including FMLA, Paid Parental Leave, and other types of leave.
- Benefits Administration: Set up and manage employee benefits, ensuring accurate deductions and resolving benefit-related inquiries.
- Payroll Support: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, data entry, and issue resolution.
- Staffing Operations: Administer the hiring process, including background screenings and new hire setups.
- HR Contact Center: Serve as a key contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on payroll, benefits, leaves, and other HR matters.
- Workforce Data Management: Maintain data accuracy in Workday, manage onboarding, and process lifecycle changes.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of HR experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
