  • Benefits Administration: Set up and manage employee benefits, ensuring accurate deductions and resolving benefit-related inquiries.
  • Payroll Support: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, data entry, and issue resolution.
  • Staffing Operations: Administer the hiring process, including background screenings and new hire setups.
  • HR Contact Center: Serve as a key contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on payroll, benefits, leaves, and other HR matters.
  • Workforce Data Management: Maintain data accuracy in Workday, manage onboarding, and process lifecycle changes.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of HR experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
