About the Role

As a Medical Policy Pharmacist, you will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. You will oversee all aspects within your pharmacy, including regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and patient care programs.

You will motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps. You will also identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all pharmacy operations, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory management
  • Leadership and development of Pharmacy Support Staff

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
