Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Controller and HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and human resources function, including leading the planning and development of accounting and reporting processes for compliance with applicable accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience using accounting software such as Quickbooks and Payroll software, and excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile monthly and quarterly accounts and review financial reports to ensure they are accurate.
  • Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and cash flows, to report to senior management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries regarding our HR policies.
  • Help define HR guidelines and policies and ensure compliance with labor laws on the federal and state level.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, or any similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Business Management, or job-related experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of applicable accounting standards and practices.
  • Experience using ADP Software preferred or other payroll software.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
