Job Overview

Stryten Energy is a leading provider of energy storage solutions, and we are seeking a skilled Production Tooling Manager Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise in mold building and maintenance to drive business growth.

In this role, you will oversee the fabrication, transfer, repair, maintenance, and update of molds and production tooling to ensure optimal performance. You will also collaborate with the team to promote a culture of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Mold Shop Management: Oversee daily activities, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  2. Mold Maintenance and Repair: Collaborate with the team to maintain, repair, and update molds to meet production requirements.
  3. Safety and Quality: Promote a culture of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of technicians.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in mold building and maintenance.
  • Skills: Solid modeling (Inventor), tool path generation, leadership, communication, and fluency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in mold building and maintenance, preferably in a leadership role.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
