Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Oaks Senior Living, LLC. As a Medication Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing hands-on supervision of caregiver staff, administering medications, and upholding our residence philosophy.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise caregiver staff during shifts and ensure quality resident care
  • Properly administer scheduled medications according to state regulations and Oaks Senior Living policy
  • Provide personalized care and services to residents, upholding our policies and procedures
  • Respond effectively to emergency situations and ensure residents' rights to safe treatment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with residents in a Senior Living environment
  • Supervisory experience in a healthcare or service industry preferred
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Friendly, caring disposition and desire to work with older adults

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
