Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Technician, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including:
  • Compiling information, writing, editing, and proofreading documents and reports
  • Answering phone inquiries and responding to emails
  • Scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and completing expense reports
  • Maintaining office inventories and supplies
  • Preparing briefs, outlines, agendas, and presentations from publications, regulations, and documents

Qualifications:
To be successful as an Administrative Technician, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or two years equivalent work experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of PC's and software such as Windows, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Typically more than three years experience in a job-related function
