Support Services Coordinator Float Position

Job Summary:This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working across multiple programs or services, occasionally switching between locations more than once per day. As a Support Services Coordinator Float, you will be an integral part of a team that supports individuals with diverse needs, promoting their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes.
You will collaborate with Behavioral Analysts, Autism Specialists, Therapists, and medical professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals supported, team members, and the public. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you should have a high school degree, GED, or equivalent experience working with vulnerable populations. A minimum of two years' experience in supporting individuals with dual diagnoses who exhibit physical and verbal aggression is also required. Knowledge of current MN statutes 245D and positive behavior supports is preferred, as is medication administration training. First Aid and CPR certification are also essential. A Mental Health certification or credentialed status as a Mental Health Practitioner would be advantageous.
A driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) record are necessary for this position. You must be able to read, write, and use computer software effectively, with basic math and problem-solving skills. The ability to recognize boundaries, relate to diverse people, and suggest strategies to enhance services is crucial. Patience, self-control, self-direction, flexibility, attention to detail, and the capacity to meet deadlines are all key qualities for this role.
We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
