Medical Telemetry Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry Unit at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including those with cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient medications, including administration, titration, and discontinuation.
  • Perform various medical procedures, including phlebotomy, vital sign monitoring, and ECG interpretation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
