Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with medical telemetry needs
  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience
