Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our medical telemetry unit, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the medical telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • ~ 1 year Nursing experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
