Medical Telemetry Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
