Medical Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Medical Telemetry Unit. This is a 0.9 FTE, night shift position with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Medical Telemetry Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
