Overview

We are Abacus Solutions Group, and we are seeking a talented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. This contract role will be based in New Castle, Delaware.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
  4. Maintaining meeting rooms and conference room calendars.
  5. Maintaining office supplies.
  6. Performing other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Previous experience working at a front desk with a multi-phone system is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
