We are Abacus Solutions Group, and we are seeking a talented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. This contract role will be based in New Castle, Delaware.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and emails.
- Maintaining meeting rooms and conference room calendars.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Previous experience working at a front desk with a multi-phone system is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- At least 6 months of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
