Dexian's Wholesale Lending Services division provides lending servicing support to multiple business units across the firm and around the world.
Job SummaryThis position is responsible for the setup and funding of corporate syndicated loan transactions for Commercial Bank and Corporate & Investment Bank Clients on the LoanIQ product processor.
The successful candidate will have direct contact with attorneys, borrowers, lenders, and internal middle and front office teams to support the operational aspects of a syndicated loan closing and funding.
Responsibilities:- Deal Origination and Execution: Provide support to Debt Capital Markets and Credit Risk Management
- Document Review: Review legal documentation for operational feasibility
- System Setup: Initiate systems set-up on all aspects of new deals, including lenders and borrower contact and account/funding details
- Investor Contact: Manage the process of contacting investors and obtaining administrative information associated with new deals
- Funding Management: Initiate initial funding on new deals and restructurings; manage the funding process with Corporate Treasury, syndicate lenders, etc.
- System Changes: Process system changes for documented loan amendments and modifications
- Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline of assigned closing transactions with potential for multiple transactions closing in a single day
