Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide a team of leasing professionals; establish objectives and actively mentor the team towards success.
- Drive leasing initiatives to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Implement resident retention strategies and organize community events.
- Ensure adherence to lease agreements and property regulations.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to devise and execute strategic plans for property enhancement and upkeep.
