Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Oversee and manage our team of care providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage caregiver schedules and requests for time off, as well as client schedules to ensure care plans are being met.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate client documentation and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
- Training and Development: Participate in and conduct caregiver trainings to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and that our services meet the highest standards.
- Problem-Solving: Willingly participate in night/weekend on-call rotation and be available to address any issues that may arise.
- Client Support: Provide accurate information and support to caregivers, clients, and families as needed.
- Compassion and Empathy: Maintain a compassionate demeanor at all times and remain calm and collected in difficult situations.
- Client Privacy and Dignity: Ensure that all measures are taken to protect client privacy and dignity.
- Treatment and Care Planning: Develop treatment/care plans and ensure they are properly carried out.
- Issue Reporting: Document and report any issues or violations to upper management immediately.
- Oversight and Assessment: Make oversight visits to supervise and assess caregivers and ensure client care charts/logs are maintained and monitored.
- Proactive Solutions: Work to foresee challenges and implement proactive solutions to ensure the highest level of care.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate ability to be a problem solver and collect feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Acquisition: Provide information to prospective clients and follow up with them to ensure their needs are met.
- Hiring and Evaluation: Participate in interviewing, hiring, evaluation, and discipline processes.
- Referral and Marketing: Take and conduct referral calls, follow-up with leads, and send marketing emails to potential clients/leads.
- Experience: Experience in home care or other health service industries preferred. Sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in word processing and computer skills (Office Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) required. Excellent communication, human relations, and organizational skills essential.
- Education: High school diploma required. Certified Nurse Assistant or Medical Assistant and CPR/BLS Card preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent people, time management, confidentiality, and courtesy skills required.
