About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a SNF setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of optimal dialysis services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians to deliver tandem care
  • Develop and implement complete care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months' of RN experience
  • Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing experience
