We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a SNF setting. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth delivery of dialysis treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting
  • Plan and implement complete care plans to assess, diagnose, and treat patients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional resources to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Supervise Dialysis Technicians to deliver tandem care and meet capacity and efficiency goals

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 12 months' of RN experience
  • Previous Chronic Hemodialysis, Acute Dialysis, and/or Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nursing experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
