Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to effectively target, penetrate, and establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recognized experts, specialty HCPs, and prioritized stakeholders.
  • Effectively call on physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals across multiple medical subspecialties.
  • Manage hybrid relationships through a mix of in-person and virtual engagement.
  • Effectively call on retail pharmacies, both chain and independent.
  • Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals.
  • Manage and track territory-specific information through a CRM system.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry sales experience.
  • Demonstrated growth in sales while managing your own territory - track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Business acumen, comprehension of clinical information, and ability to articulate a clinical sales message to Healthcare Providers.
  • Ability to work with a CRM tool (i.e., Veeva).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
