Job Summary

CycleBar is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Lead. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, building lasting relationships with members, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet studio sales goals and membership renewal targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, prospects, and staff to drive referrals and loyalty
  • Manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail sales
  • Lead and train sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements
  • 1+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in data management and analysis
