About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Sales Manager to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a group of departments within a store, fostering partnerships across departments, and driving sales growth to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of managers and store associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company vision and values.
  • Fulfill senior leadership responsibilities, including business analysis, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Achieve maximum sales growth while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
Requirements
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Sales analytics, business strategy, and market knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • MS Office Suite, prioritization, and conflict management skills to lead a team and drive results.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
