About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Route Sales Representative to join our team at Wise Foods. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company in the field, selling and delivering our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales and profits by effectively managing routes and meeting customer needs
  • Ensure timely deliveries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Manage inventory and place orders to meet customer demands
  • Load, unload, and drive products to their destinations

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in DSD sales
  • 1 year of managerial experience (i.e. merchandisers)
  • Good numerical skills
  • Prior supermarket sales experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to get in and out of the vehicle on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior food or salty snack industry experience
  • +3 years of managerial experience
  • +5 years of Customer Service Industry experience
  • +5 years of experience with supermarket channel
