Executive Sales Director, Payment Processing

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Visa, Inc. as an Executive Sales Director, Payment Processing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets;
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institution executives and decision-makers;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs;
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies and tactics;
  • Manage and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent delivery of results;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the payments industry;
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets;
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institution executives and decision-makers;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
