About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Rainbow Restoration. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating systems, implementing procedures, and holding the team accountable for daily and weekly updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls from clients, vendors, insurance companies, and field staff.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the restoration process, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Assist with scheduling services with staff, customers, and insurance companies.
  • Notify customers of service call status and follow up with customers after work is complete.
  • Manage accounts receivable, following up on outstanding invoices and collections.
  • Process customer invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry into proprietary software and maintaining an organized filing system.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.
  • Availability to work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls.
