As a Customer Support Representative at AnswerMTI, you will deliver courteous, professional, and thorough assistance to our clients' customers. Utilizing exceptional customer service abilities, you will manage calls for a variety of sectors, including healthcare facilities, residential complexes, and professional service providers. Your role will ensure that all necessary information is accurately gathered, allowing our clients to trust that their concerns are communicated effectively.

While prior customer service experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

This position requires in-office attendance.


Your responsibilities will include professionally managing incoming calls, welcoming callers, providing and requesting essential information, transferring calls, or taking messages as needed. You will utilize our advanced call processing system and receive training on various call center tools to effectively prioritize customer needs. Please note that we operate solely as an inbound call center, with no outbound telemarketing or aggressive sales calls.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A friendly voice with a positive tone
  • Strong proficiency in the English language, including good spelling and grammar
  • Basic computer skills in a Windows environment
  • Reliable attendance
  • The ability to type at least 35 words per minute

Compensation: $16 per hour


Available Shifts:

  • Part-Time: 24-28 hours per week
  • Multiple shifts available
  • Availability to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday required)
