Job Description

Rent Recovery Solutions is seeking a Customer Service and Support Representative to join our team in the Atlanta, GA office. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients in the multifamily rental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong partnerships with management company clients to ensure timely and accurate customer communications.
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone or email, utilizing critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
  • Support new clients through an onboarding process, training them to use integration software or web portals to forward collection files.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to extend excellent service to both multifamily rental clients and their tenants.
  • Manage client account information, updating records as needed.
  • Create client reports and account modifications as required.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to the Client Services Manager on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Bonus opportunities available with increased client file placements.

Qualifications:

  • Courteous, concise, and professional communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent phone etiquette and strong listening skills.
  • Effective multi-tasking and prioritization of time and work.
  • Strong relationship building skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and flexibility.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship applications or databases to record activities and research customer information.
