Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong partnerships with management company clients to ensure timely and accurate customer communications.
- Respond to client inquiries through phone or email, utilizing critical thinking skills to resolve problems.
- Support new clients through an onboarding process, training them to use integration software or web portals to forward collection files.
- Collaborate with internal staff to extend excellent service to both multifamily rental clients and their tenants.
- Manage client account information, updating records as needed.
- Create client reports and account modifications as required.
- Provide ongoing feedback and suggestions to the Client Services Manager on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Bonus opportunities available with increased client file placements.
Qualifications:
- Courteous, concise, and professional communication skills.
- Team player with excellent phone etiquette and strong listening skills.
- Effective multi-tasking and prioritization of time and work.
- Strong relationship building skills and proficiency in Excel.
