Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction scores, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department to address guest maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Department to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
  • Utilize software systems to manage daily transactions, reservations, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and room rates to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Assist the Guest Service Manager in handling special requests, group bookings, and unusual circumstances.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to company standards and expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Working Environment

The Guest Services Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, staff, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a team-oriented setting.

Physical Demands

The Guest Services Supervisor will be required to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 10 pounds. The ability to work in a standing position for extended periods is essential.
