Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Female Spa Concierge to join our team at St Julien Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our spa guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests upon check-in for spa services, escort them to the women's locker area, and provide information on available facilities and amenities.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, fitness center, and women's locker room, as well as transport dirty linens to the hotel laundry and restock clean linens.
  • Lost and Found: Research and locate lost items for spa guests.
  • Knowledge and Communication: Possess excellent knowledge of spa services and hotel information to answer guest inquiries and provide a professional and respectful demeanor.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other associates to ensure seamless guest service and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous guest service experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and associates.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull laundry linens (up to 25 lbs.) on a frequent basis.
  • Availability: Flexible availability and ability to work weekends and holidays.
