Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Female Spa Concierge to join our team at St Julien Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests upon check-in for Spa services, escort them around the facilities, and provide information on available amenities.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the pool area, fitness center, and women's locker room, as well as transport dirty linens to the hotel laundry and keep the Spa stocked with clean linens.
  • Lost and Found: Research lost items for Spa guests and possess excellent knowledge of Spa information and services to answer guest inquiries.
  • Professionalism: Present oneself in a professional manner, adhering to the hotel's grooming and appearance policies, and maintain a pleasant and respectful demeanor when engaging with guests and associates.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous guest service experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Service-Oriented: Ideal candidate must be friendly, service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with all levels of associates and guests.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift/push/pull laundry linens (up to 25 lbs.) on a frequent basis.
  • Availability: Interested candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
