Job Summary

The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they interact with our team. They are responsible for scheduling guests accurately, ensuring timely and professional service delivery, and embodying our core values through their interactions and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest intake process, ensuring accurate scheduling and timely service delivery
  • Provide excellent communication and administrative services, supporting the sales process and representing the V/O Med Spa brand at the highest level
  • Consult patients regarding cosmetic and non-cosmetic treatment options, techniques, and treatment plans
  • Ensure a clean and organized work space, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Support the sales process, making phone calls, sending text messages, and participating in marketing events and outreach activities designated by the Spa Manager
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of spa services
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills
  • Ability to lift at least 30lbs, exposure to blood and bodily fluids, and utilization of proper PPE
  • Manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills
